Damaged shipments

Email sales@surepackusa.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged units and carton. We work the carrier claim and replace damaged units.

Wrong spec

If product does not match the agreed spec, email us. We replace units that do not match.

Stock returns

Unopened full-case catalog items may be returned within 30 days. Return freight is yours unless we shipped in error.

Custom orders

Custom size and print are not returnable once produced. We confirm the spec in the quote before production.
