How is SurePack different from Uline?

Uline is a 100,000+ SKU catalog with 24-hour ship from 13 distribution centers. SurePack is built around a different use case: repeat-cycle stock and custom packaging at 10–15% under Uline pricing, with a 6–8 week production lead time. If you can plan reorders 60–90 days out, the math works. If you need cartons by Friday, Uline is the answer.

What's the lead time on stock SKUs?

Stock SKUs (SP-22146, SP-12126, mailers, shrink wrap, poly bags) ship from our Las Vegas warehouse within 2–3 business days of order. Pricing locked, repeat reorders fast.

What's the lead time on custom configurations?

Custom dimensions, custom print, custom wall structures, custom poly bags — typically 6–8 weeks from PO to dock. Sample approval before full-run production extends the first run by 1–2 weeks. After your spec is approved and stocked, repeat reorders move fast under our warehouse-and-release program.

Can you really beat Uline by 10–15%?

On repeat-cycle stock SKUs, yes — that's our wedge. The math works because we source direct from vetted overseas vendors (no middleman markup) and you commit to a planned reorder cycle (no rush freight). For custom-spec orders the savings are larger, typically 15–25% under Uline's custom converter pricing.

Do you ship outside Las Vegas / Phoenix / Tucson?

Yes — we ship anywhere in the continental U.S. Our sweet spot is the U.S. Southwest within a 100-mile radius for freight economics. Beyond that the freight savings shrink, but the carton + sourcing savings often still beat Uline-comparable. Send us your destination and quantity — we'll quote landed.

Do you stock everything you sell?

Stock SKUs (visible on this site) are stocked in Las Vegas and ship within 2–3 days. Custom configurations are produced to spec — we don't speculate on inventory. For repeat-volume customers, we offer warehouse-and-release: we hold your custom inventory in Las Vegas and ship as you reorder.

What sizes can you custom-make?

Effectively any size — corrugated cartons from 4 inches to 60+ inches per dimension, with single/double/triple-wall options. Poly bags from small bottle bags to 5 cubic feet+. Mailers in any standard or custom width/length. Print 1–4 color or full flexo. Tell us the spec or describe what you ship — we'll spec it for you.

Do you do custom-print?

Yes. 1-color, 2-color, 4-color (CMYK), or full-color flexographic print on cartons, mailers, and poly bags. Tooling fees apply on first run, then amortize across reorders. Quote in 1–2 business days.

Can you store our inventory and ship as we need?

Yes — that's our warehouse-and-release program. After your initial production run lands in Las Vegas, we hold the inventory and release on your reorder schedule. You pay only for what releases. Standard for repeat-volume customers; details in your account agreement.

What's the minimum order?

Stock SKU minimums are case quantities (typically 100–250 units depending on the SKU). Custom production minimums vary by spec — typically 1,000 cartons or 5,000 mailers for a first run. We'll quote MOQ when we quote price.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes for stock SKU orders via the online catalog. Custom orders use 50% deposit on PO confirmation, 50% before shipment, with check, ACH, or wire transfer preferred for amounts over $5,000. Net-30 terms available for established customers with credit application on file.

How do reorder reminders work?

Once you place a first order with us and tell us your typical reorder cycle, we send a reorder reminder 30 days before you'd run dry. You confirm or adjust the quantity, we run the next PO. Stock arrives ahead of stockout. Hands-off reordering.
