Shipping & Lead Times

Stock SKU orders (cartons, mailers, bags, shrink wrap)

Items listed on our online catalog ship from our Las Vegas warehouse, typically within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Freight is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order quantity.

Custom-spec orders

Custom configurations — non-stock dimensions, custom-print, special wall structures, custom poly bags — are produced direct from our vendor network with a typical 6–8 week lead time from PO confirmation to dock delivery. Sample approval and tooling production may extend the timeline by 1–2 weeks on first runs.

Warehouse-and-release programs

For repeat-volume customers, we offer warehoused inventory programs. After your initial production run lands, we hold the inventory in Las Vegas and release on your reorder schedule. You pay for what releases, not what sits. Same-week release is standard once an account is set up.

Freight

Customer pays freight unless arranged otherwise. We quote landed pricing including freight before you place the order — no surprises. Most shipments ship LTL or palletized common carrier; small orders ship UPS/FedEx Ground.

Service area

Our sweet spot is the U.S. Southwest — Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, and within a 100-mile radius for best freight economics. We ship anywhere in the continental U.S. but freight savings shrink outside the Southwest.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed automatically when shipments depart our warehouse. For LTL/palletized shipments, you'll receive carrier + PRO number; for parcel, the standard tracking link.
