Agreement

By placing an order with SurePack USA you agree to these terms. SurePack USA reserves the right to update these terms; updates apply to orders placed after the update date.

Quotes & orders

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified. Pricing reflects current vendor and freight markets and may change after the validity period. Orders are confirmed only when we send a written PO confirmation.

Payment terms

Stock SKU orders: payment due at order placement. Custom-spec orders: typically 50% deposit on PO confirmation, 50% before shipment. Net-30 terms available for established customers with credit application on file.

Custom production

Custom configurations are non-cancelable once production begins. Sample approval is required before full-run production for first-time custom orders. Spec changes after sample approval require a new PO.

Lead times

Stock SKUs ship within 2–3 business days of order. Custom-spec orders typically take 6–8 weeks from PO to dock. Lead times are estimates and subject to vendor production schedules and freight availability — we communicate any delays proactively.

Liability

SurePack USA's liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or third-party claims arising from packaging use.

Vendor & customer information

We maintain a strict information firewall between vendors and customers and between customer accounts. We do not share pricing, vendor identities, or customer-specific details across these boundaries without explicit written authorization.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes are resolved in Clark County, Nevada.
