How the SurePack RFQ process works
- You submit your spec below — as detailed or rough as you have. Even "I need something like this picture, ~5,000 units, by Q3" is enough to start.
- Ted reviews + clarifies within 1 business hour. If we need a missing detail to spec it, we'll email you with the question.
- Hermes (our agent) drafts the RFQ in the right language for the vendor (Mandarin for our China partners, English with formal tone for Vietnam) and sends to 1–3 vendors who specialize in your product type.
- Vendor quotes come back within 24–48 hours. Hermes triages — fast quote vs slow, good price vs bad — and we draft your customer quote with the best landed pricing.
- You get a quote within 1–2 business days. We tell you the per-unit price, tooling fees if any, sample timeline, full production lead time, freight estimate, and if multiple vendors quoted we share the comparison structure (without revealing other vendor identities).
- If you proceed, we run the PO, manage the production milestones, manage the freight + customs, and your goods land at your dock.
